So many of these are common, even more so that everyone experiences these at some point in time. I’ll break it down for you to help not only ease your mind, but to help make some sense and get you on your way to learning.
WHERE DO I START?
That is a very broad question. There are so many places to start, but it can be simple too. Start with asking yourself why you want to start in the first place. Is it cool? Does it sound interesting? Does it seem like something that you really want to do? Are you feeling lonely and this may be a good idea to have a permanent friend? Do you want to learn more about yourself and the spirit world?
So many questions so little time. Did I confuse you? My apologies, that was not my intention. The point is, you really need to figure out why you are wanting to start companionship. Is it truly something that you are ready to commit to for the rest of your life? It’s a massive decision. One that should not be taken lightly. Don’t do it just because it’s cool, because your friends are doing it, or peer pressure. That’s doing it for all the wrong reasons and can land you in some hot water above your head.
It begs the question, is what I asked you to ask yourself all the reasons why you are doing this? It’s cool, but I am a bit lonely and I really want to learn about spirituality/astral and it would be nice to have a forever friend that won’t betray my trust. That’s a very good reason to start. Most of us have started because we are lonely, and because we are lost and want someone that is always by our side to comfort and hold us or snuggle. That is a good place to start, to wonder why you want to do this and to make sure you can commit to this 1000%.
Secondly:
There are many aspects that you need to look into. Now that you have come to an understanding with yourself and the motives, you have a few more things to address.
Figure out what you want to do, what you want to achieve. What path are you wanting to take? Are you looking for a teacher, a friend, a mate? Or all three? Do the research on where you would like to settle. I would suggest start out with White/Light Arts, unless you have established a different pattern with your practices. Learn about the different types of spirits and what they can work with. Browse around and read up on personalities that can be common in certain spirits. It’s something that you should take awhile to think about, to learn, and to research.
